Continuing Education

Colorado State Law currently requires Continuing Education for both Real Estate and Appraisal License renewal. Required credit hours are changed periodically.

Following is a list of individual courses in our Continuing Education Library. All of these courses may be purchased individually for specific requirements.

Some Continuing Education Courses are available both in printed textbook form and as Computer Courses in Adobe Acrobat's PDF file format. The Computer Courses are offered on CD. Each Course has a 'T' or 'D' in front of Quantity to designate 'Textbook' or 'Computer Course'. The Textbook Courses also include the Computer Course CD.
