The Computer Courses are offered on CD which is included with all courses at no extra cost. Courses offered with book(s) and CD have a 'T' and courses for the computer have a 'D' in front of Quantity.

A new candidate for an appraisal program must begin at the Registered Appraiser level, unless otherwise informed by the Colorado Board of Appraisers.
